There is provided a surface emitting device capable of efficiently causing a catalytic reaction even in the case of a polluted fluid that absorbs ultraviolet rays that cannot be processed by an external light source without using an external ultraviolet light source such as an ultraviolet lamp or an ultraviolet LED. It is another object of the present invention to provide a ceramic filter that can be easily manufactured at low cost, has a photocatalyst disposed therein, and has a function of decomposing organic substances or sterilizing bacteria, viruses, and the like. A surface having a surface light emitter having a function of emitting visible light or ultraviolet light by electroluminescence, and having a plurality of through holes serving as fluid flow paths in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the surface light emitter. It is a light emitting device. Further, the present invention is a light-assisted ceramic filter comprising a ceramic filter having a plurality of flow paths, a photocatalyst layer disposed on the side surface, and a surface light emitter. |
