Vinylidene fluoride resin hollow fiber porous filtration membrane and production method thereof |
abstract |
A hollow fiber membrane-shaped melt extrudate of a composition obtained by mixing a vinylidene fluoride resin having a relatively large weight average molecular weight of 300,000 or more together with a plasticizer and a good solvent of vinylidene fluoride resin, The melt melting enthalpy is 58 J / g or more by crystallizing the vinylidene fluoride resin moderately and gently in the process of solidifying the vinylidene fluoride resin from the outside surface by bringing it into contact with an inert coolant. Thus, a highly crystalline vinylidene fluoride resin hollow fiber porous membrane represented by the above is produced. The obtained hollow fiber porous membrane is excellent in mechanical strength represented by tensile strength and elongation at break and excellent in chemical resistance, and is effectively used as a precision drainage membrane. |
