abstract | A method of immobilizing a ligand as a solid phase complex and measuring the concentration of the ligand in the solid phase complex by an immunological quantification method. This method includes the following steps (1) and (2). And (2) contacting the complex with a solid phase particle of a first labeled specific binding substance carrying a substance that specifically binds to the first labeled substance, thereby allowing the complex and the complex to be carried. The solid-phase particles are bound via the first labeling substance to form a solid-phase complex. |
