abstract The present invention relates to a synthetic resin film that is considered to be useful in the field of electronics and has stable physical properties over the entire width of the film, and more particularly to a continuous production method of a synthetic resin film in which molecular orientation is controlled in the MD direction. That is, the present invention includes (A) a step of continuously casting and coating a composition containing a polymer and an organic solvent on a support to form a gel film, and (B) a gel film by peeling the gel film from the support. A continuous production method of a synthetic resin film comprising a step of fixing both ends of the film, and a step of conveying the inside of the heating furnace while fixing both ends of the film, wherein at least a part of the step (C) It is fixed so that the tension in the film width direction (TD direction) is substantially no tension.
