A small container that requires a stronger gas barrier property that maximizes the gas barrier property of the polyglycolic acid resin layer in a hollow container having a laminated structure of a polyglycolic acid resin and a co-laminated resin such as an aromatic polyester resin. A multilayer hollow container suitable for a bottle is provided. The multilayer hollow container is aromatic on at least one side of a polyglycolic acid resin layer containing 60% by weight or more of a repeating unit represented by the following formula (1) — (O—CH 2 .CO) — (1). It has a multilayered container wall configuration in which co-laminated resins such as polyester resins are laminated and co-stretched, and satisfies the following formula (2). T × w / v ≦ 0.8 × 10 −3 (2) where T is oxygen gas permeability (ml / container / day / atmosphere), v is the capacity of the container (ml), and w is the container % By weight of polyglycolic acid resin relative to the total weight. |
