titleOfInvention | Glycerin carbonate glycoside |
abstract | Provided is a selective and simple method for producing a glycerin glycoside in which the hydroxyl group at the 1-position of glycerin is useful as a glyceroglycolipid precursor, a humectant and the like. Glycerin carbonate glycoside represented by the following formula (1): (Wherein G represents a monosaccharide residue and n represents an integer of 1 to 3), glycerin of formula (1) by reacting a saccharide with glycerin-1,2-carbonate in the presence of an acid. A method for producing a carbonate glycoside, and a method for producing a glycerin glycoside represented by the following formula (2), wherein the deprotection group of the glycerin carbonate glycoside represented by the formula (1) is used: (Wherein G and n are as described above). |
