The present invention is a method for preparing a biological component-containing solution suitable for clinical proteome analysis using mass spectrometry, electrophoresis, liquid chromatography and the like, and an apparatus therefor. In the present invention, a solution is obtained by combining two steps of (1) adsorbing a protein having a molecular weight of albumin or higher, (2) fractionating a protein having a molecular weight of albumin or higher, and (3) concentrating the protein. A method for adjusting, a method for adjusting a solution by separating using a membrane separation unit having a permeation ratio of a protein having a molecular weight of less than 15,000 and a protein having a molecular weight of 60,000 or more, and a separation membrane module On the other hand, it is a method of adjusting by allowing a part of the liquid to permeate through the separation membrane while allowing the diluent to flow after flowing the biological component stock solution and circulating the liquid. |
