titleOfInvention | Concentration measuring method for measuring substance, measuring substance concentration measuring kit and sensor chip |
abstract | Provided is a concentration measurement method capable of measuring the concentration of a measurement target substance in a trace amount of sample in a short time and accurately measuring the concentration of the measurement target substance even if the amount of the sample to be measured is inaccurate. A method for measuring the concentration of a substance to be measured using a sensor chip comprising an optical waveguide layer and an antibody-immobilized layer placed on the surface of the optical waveguide layer, wherein the analyte solution and the enzyme are applied to the antibody-immobilized layer of the sensor chip. After the labeled antibody solution is dropped to fix the specimen by antigen-antibody reaction, a coloring reagent solution is dropped to produce a colored and precipitated enzyme reaction product, and the enzyme reaction product is placed in the antibody immobilization layer. This is a concentration measurement method in which light that has been precipitated and incident on the sensor chip from the outside is totally reflected by the antibody-immobilized layer, and a change in the physical quantity of the totally reflected light is observed. |
