titleOfInvention | Method for measuring affinity substances |
abstract | A binding reaction between an affinity substance to be measured and a binding partner having a binding affinity for the affinity substance is measured by an agglutination reaction. Carrier particles bound with a binding partner in an electric field are bound to an affinity substance, and the level of aggregated carrier particles is evaluated by counting the three-dimensional information of the particles as an index. By using the three-dimensional information as an index, it is possible to detect or measure the presence of a biologically specific reactive substance more easily and quickly than a conventional measurement method and with high sensitivity. |
