titleOfInvention | Neutral phenol oxidase |
abstract | TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a neutral phenol oxidase having a small enzymatic pH variation with respect to various substrates and having high enzyme activity near neutrality, a production method thereof, and an antibody against the neutral phenol oxidase. The neutral phenol oxidase of the present invention can be obtained by culturing basidiomycetes belonging to the genus Flammulina at pH 6.0 to 12.0. According to the present invention, it is possible to dye fibers and hair, and to reduce the influence on the environment and the human body. |
