titleOfInvention | Blood analyzer and blood analysis method |
abstract | In a blood analyzer that separates plasma in a flow path by centrifugal operation, blood, plasma, and calibration fluid are transported in the apparatus without using a pump or the like. The calibration liquid is surely discharged from the sensor part to enable high accuracy analysis. A sensor unit is provided in the plasma separation unit, which stores the blood and is arranged on the first centrifugal force pressurization direction side when viewed from the calibration solution reservoir, and the second is viewed from the plasma separation unit (sensor unit). Place the centrifugal force in the direction of pressure. The calibration liquid is conveyed to the sensor unit by the centrifugal operation in the first centrifugal direction. After the sensor calibration, the calibration liquid can be reliably discharged from the sensor unit by centrifuging in the second centrifugal direction. After the calibration liquid is discharged, the blood is centrifuged again in the first centrifugal direction to transport the blood in the blood reservoir to the sensor unit and to separate blood cells and plasma. When a plurality of sensors are provided, the blood introduction flow path from the blood reservoir is branched and communicated below the sensor groove, and blood cells are fractionated at the branched portion. Each sensor can be isolated from each other by blood cell fractionation, and more accurate analysis is possible. |
