titleOfInvention | Method for producing hydroxylamine compound using platinum catalyst immobilized on ion exchange resin |
abstract | Disclosed is a method for producing a hydroxylamine compound, which comprises contacting a nitro compound with a hydrogen source or further a poisoning agent in the presence of an ion exchange resin-immobilized platinum catalyst. According to the method of the present invention using an ion-exchange resin-immobilized platinum catalyst in which platinum metal is immobilized on an ion-exchange resin matrix, the target hydroxylamine compound is efficiently produced with almost no by-products. Well, it can be manufactured more safely industrially. Further, since the platinum catalyst immobilized on an ion exchange resin of the present invention has platinum metal immobilized on the matrix of the ion exchange resin, its activity is hardly lowered even when used repeatedly many times. Since the particle size of the catalyst is very large, handling such as recovery and reuse of the catalyst becomes extremely easy. |
