A method for isolating a polynucleotide encoding an antibody against a lesion was provided, comprising the following steps. (A) a step of isolating B cells infiltrating the target lesion, and (b) a step of obtaining a polynucleotide encoding an antibody from the isolated B cells. The lesion can be a cancer tissue or the like. . Antibody genes can be obtained without resorting to B cell cloning. As a result, it is possible to obtain a gene encoding a human-derived antibody that is difficult to clone. A cancer tissue can be used as a lesion, and an antibody gene against cancer can be obtained. |
