Manufacturing method and apparatus for active matrix organic EL display, active matrix organic EL display, liquid crystal array manufacturing method and liquid crystal array, color filter substrate manufacturing method and apparatus, and color filter substrate |
abstract |
In the manufacturing method of the active matrix type organic EL display, a liquid containing an organic EL layer material is ejected as droplets (12) from a nozzle ejection hole by an ink jet method to form an organic EL layer. An electrostatic suction type ink jet device (15) in which the diameter of the discharge hole (1b) is smaller than the diameter of the liquid droplet (12) is used, and the amount of one drop from the nozzle of the ink jet device (15) is 1 pl or less. A droplet is discharged to form an organic EL layer. Thus, the landing droplets are dried quickly, the movement of the droplets after landing is suppressed, and the organic EL layer can be formed accurately and inexpensively. |
