abstract |
A cell line that stably expresses the full length GFP fusion and mutant APC in Xenopus kidney epithelial cultured cells A6 was obtained using a technique for visualizing proteins. Using this cell, it was found that mutant APC lacking the C-terminal region induced cell stratification. Furthermore, the cells layered by the mutant APC-expressing cell line maintained an intercellular adhesion structure, and it was confirmed that this was a phenomenon similar to polyp formation in an individual (mouse). |
