titleOfInvention | SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR, SUBSTRATE WITH SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THEM |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a three-terminal solid electrolytic capacitor suitable for being incorporated in a circuit board while reducing ESL, a substrate incorporating the three-terminal solid electrolytic capacitor, and a method of manufacturing the same. . The electrode body 100 for a solid electrolytic capacitor element has a roughened (enlarged) surface, an aluminum foil base 2 having an aluminum oxide film as an insulating oxide film formed on the surface, and a roughened surface. There are not two aluminum foil bases 3a and 3b, and two foil-shaped copper bases 4a and 4b as metal conductors constituting the lead electrodes. On the entire surface of the aluminum foil substrate 2, a cathode electrode 14 comprising a solid polymer electrolyte layer 11, a graphite paste layer 12 and a silver paste layer 13 is provided. The solid electrolytic capacitor element 110 is accommodated in a substantially closed space formed by the first insulating substrate 21 and the second insulating substrate 22 to produce a three-terminal solid electrolytic capacitor built-in substrate. |
