titleOfInvention | Solid electrolytic capacitor and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a solid electrolytic capacitor capable of reducing impedance, and particularly capable of reducing ESR and ESL, and a method for manufacturing the same. A cathode electrode 14 is provided on the aluminum foil base 2 having a roughened surface. One end of each of the aluminum foil bases 3a and 3b is joined to each end of the aluminum foil base 2 having a roughened surface so that the valve metals are electrically connected. One end portions of conductive metal bases 15a and 15b prepared in advance in the lead frame are electrically connected to the other end portions of the valve metal foil bases 3a and 3b whose surfaces are not roughened. To form an anode lead electrode. A cathode lead electrode 15 c is drawn out in a direction perpendicular to the main surface of the aluminum foil substrate 2 from a conductor layer (cathode electrode 14) formed on the roughened aluminum foil base 2. |
