Cancer cell-specific expression-inducing DNA and cancer cell-specific expression vector |
abstract |
The present invention provides a cancer cell-specific expression-inducing DNA that causes gene expression specifically in cancer cells, and a recombinant vector containing this DNA. Specifically, it contains at least a part of DNA (SEQ ID NO: 1) from 2667 bases to +22 bases 5 ′ upstream from the transcription start point of the Q5 antigen gene of mouse non-classical histocompatibility antigen gene (MHC class Ib gene) DNA and a vector containing it. Provided is a method for specifically expressing a target polypeptide or RNA by introducing a vector containing the DNA and a nucleotide sequence encoding the target protein or the target polypeptide or RNA into a cancer cell. . Furthermore, the above-described vectors can be applied to cancer prevention / treatment and diagnosis. In addition, novel cancer gene therapy methods and cancer vaccines can be developed. |
