An affinity linker is introduced into the substance to be bound, and a binding molecule that binds to the substance to be bound is selected by trapping with a binding partner that binds to the affinity linker. For example, if a sugar chain present in an influenza virus antigen is labeled with an affinity linker such as biotin and bound to streptavidin, which is a binding partner, and recovered, the antibody binding to the antigen can be easily concentrated. The method for selecting a binding molecule of the present invention is also useful for screening a neutralizing substance. |
