abstract | The present invention provides a novel method for producing nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADP). The method of the present invention uses a polyphosphate or a salt thereof and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD + ) as a substrate, and performs a phosphorylation reaction using a polyphosphate-dependent NAD + kinase derived from Mycobacterium. The solution contains 0.1 to 15% by weight of polyphosphoric acid or a salt thereof, and 5 to 150 mM of divalent metal ions. |
