titleOfInvention | Antibody binding peptide for Crohn's disease and method for testing Crohn's disease |
abstract | The present invention provides a test reagent useful for diagnosing Crohn's disease and a method for simply and accurately detecting the presence or absence of Crohn's disease. The test reagent of the present invention comprises the following Crohn's disease antibody-binding peptide (a) or (b) as an active ingredient: (a) an amino acid sequence selected from any of the amino acid sequences shown in SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 4; (B) a peptide having an amino acid sequence in which one or more amino acids are modified by substitution, deletion or addition in the amino acid sequence shown in the above (a), and having a binding property to Crohn's disease antibody; In addition, the method for testing for Crohn's disease according to the present invention uses an antibody recognizing human vacuolar H + transportable ATPase, human nuclear protein (Homo sapiens kruppel-like zinc finger protein 300), or rice allergen in a biological sample of a subject. This can be done by detecting the presence or absence. |
