abstract | The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a health drink containing chlorophyll that can efficiently extract chlorophyll and can be extracted in a liquid state. The chlorophyll-containing silkworm grass 10 is subjected to ultrasonic extraction with an ultrasonic shaker 19 to dissolve in easily volatile alcohol 11, and the residue is separated by filtration or centrifugation, and the contained alcohol 11 is further removed by evaporation.
