titleOfInvention | Animals exhibiting schizophrenia-like cognitive behavioral abnormalities and methods for producing them |
abstract | In order to provide animals with chronic cognitive-behavioral abnormalities very similar to schizophrenia, cognition can be achieved by administering certain protein factors that inhibit the development of brain functions to young animals during development. Animals showing behavioral abnormalities were produced. The abnormal cognitive behavior observed in the animal of the present invention is similar to schizophrenia, and is useful for the development of a therapeutic or diagnostic agent for schizophrenia. |
