abstract | According to the present invention, (a) the unit region DNAs are ligated in any combination, and (b) the obtained connected unit region DNAs are combined with at least one other type of terminal sequence of all the connected unit region DNAs used. (C) Polymerase \ Chain \ Reaction is performed using the mixture of the connection unit region DNA as a template to obtain a DNA library containing two or more clones. A method for constructing a DNA library is provided. According to the method of the present invention, there is provided a method for constructing a population of genes in which a plurality of DNA fragments encoding an arbitrary amino acid sequence are linked in various orders and lengths. |
