titleOfInvention Water- and oil-repellent aqueous dispersion composition and method for producing the same
abstract Provided is an aqueous dispersion of a water- and oil-repellent agent which does not contain an organic solvent and has a durable water- and oil-repellency and excellent storage stability. The perfluoroalkyl group-containing (meth) acrylate copolymer is prepared by using an ionic surfactant and / or a nonionic surfactant having an ethylene oxide addition mole number of less than 8 per one hydrophobic group and an average particle diameter of 100 nm or less. Water is repellent by emulsifying to an integral sphere turbidity of 20 degrees (kaolin) or less and adding a surfactant or protective colloid having an ethylene oxide addition mole number of 8 or more per hydrophobic group prior to polymerization to polymerize. Produce an oil repellent aqueous dispersion.
