titleOfInvention | Integrated magnet body and motor incorporating it |
abstract | The integrated magnet body of the present invention is an integrated magnet body in which a plurality of magnet pieces are stacked and fixed between magnet pieces with an insulating coating interposed therebetween, and the insulating coating has a film thickness. It is 0.01 μm or more, and the ratio of the total thickness of the insulating film to the total length of the integrated magnet body in the laminating direction is in the range of 0.0005% to 3%. Since the integrated magnet body of the present invention has excellent insulation properties and an effective volume ratio, it is possible to achieve high efficiency of the motor by incorporating the integrated magnet body into a motor. |
