titleOfInvention | Diagnostic preparation for Helicobacter pylori infection |
abstract | Eliminating the effects of urease-producing bacteria present in organs other than the gastrointestinal tract, such as the oral cavity and the throat, eliminates the possibility of false-positive detection. Provided is a preparation capable of detecting the presence or absence of H. pylori infection. That is, the preparation of the present invention is obtained by the urea breath test. A preparation for detecting the presence or absence of infection by H. pylori, wherein the surface of a nuclear composition containing at least a predetermined ratio of an isotope C-labeled urea, an excipient and a lubricant is reduced to 0% with respect to 100% by weight of the nuclear composition. It is a coating preparation coated with a coating agent of 1 to 10% by weight. |
