abstract PURPOSE:To prevent foaming liquid from permeating in a subcushion by a method wherein a mold for foaming cushion is split into a top force and a bottom force and, after both the terminals of the subcushion and of a thermowelding film are pinched between the joint surfaces of said forces, the foaming liquid is poured in the mold so as to mold simultaneously and integrally the cushion and the subcushion. CONSTITUTION:Both the terminals b1 and c1 of a subcushion (b) and of a thermowelding film (c) and pinched by both the pinching piece parts 11 and 12 of a top force 10 and of a bottom force 20 in such a manner that the projection 22 of the one pinching piece part 21 is inserted in the recess 12 of the other pinching piece part 11. By pouring urethane foam forming liquid in the forces, a cushion (a) is foam-molded and integrally bonded to the subcushion (b) together with the thermowelding film (c). By releasing the bottom force 20 from the top force 10, the cushion (a), on the top surface of which the subcushion (b) is integrally provided, is obtained.
