titleOfInvention Fireproof composition for filling
abstract PURPOSE:To provide a fireproof compsn. for filling which is excellent in the filling and dismantling properties and has a caking property sufficient for maintaining the shape, by mixing an inorganic powder containing a particular lightweight aggregate incorporated therein with a liq. org. binder in a predetermined proportion. CONSTITUTION:An inorganic powder, such as alumina or talc, is mixed with 1wt.% or more lightweight aggregate (e.g., pearlite or shirasu balloon) having a bulk density of 0.5 or less. 60-95wt.% inorg. powder is mixed with 40-5wt.% org. binder which is liq. at room. temp. (e.g., liq. polychloroprene or soybean oil), thereby preparing a fireproof compsn. for filling. This fireproof compsn. is suitable for use as a fireproof compsn. 3 for filling which is filled between fireproof plates 4 when, e.g., a cable 2 is perpendicularly provided in a through part 6 of a floor 1 made of, e.g., concrete and fireproof plates 4 are provided respectively parallel to the upper and lower surfaces of the floor 1.
