titleOfInvention | Production of agricultural chemical granule |
abstract | PURPOSE:To efficiently and readily obtain an agricultural chemical homogeneously containing an active ingredient which is sparingly soluble in water and a solid at ordinary temperature in a carrier, by solubilizing the active ingredient in water containing a surfactant, kneading, impregnating or coating the carrier with the resultant solubilized solution. CONSTITUTION:An active ingredient which is sparingly soluble in water and a solid at ordinary temperature and capable of exhibiting effects, especially in a small amount of a chemical (e.g. <=0.1wt.% content in the pharmaceutical), e.g. (E)-1-(4-chlorophenyl)-4,4-dimethyl-2-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-1-penten-3-ol is solubiliz ed in water containing a surfactant, kneaded with a carrier and granulated or the carrier is impregnated or coated with the above-mentioned solubilized solution and granulated to readily provide an agricultural chemical granule containing the afore-mentioned active ingredient dispersed and carried on the carrier in a homogeneous concentration without requiring a step for finely pulverizing the above-mentioned active ingredient. |
