titleOfInvention Photosensitive resin composition for screen printing
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the water soluble titled composition which has the excellent water resisting property by composing the titled composition of an organopolysiloxane contg. at least a siloxane unit shown by a specified formula in one molecule, and a polyvinyl alcohol resin as a main component. CONSTITUTION:The titled composition comprises 0.1-50pts.wt. of the organopolysiloxane which contains at least one of each siloxane units shown by formulas I and II in one molecule, 100pts.wt. of the resin mixture composed of 99.9-50wt.% the polyvinyl alcohol resin, 0.01-10pts.wt. an optical cross- linking agent, 0-10pts.wt. an photosensitive and 40-500pts.wt. water. In formula I, R<1> is alkylene group, R<2> is a substd. or an unsubstd. monovalent hydrocarbon group. In formula II, R<3> is a substd. or an unsubstd. monovalent hydrocarbon group. Thus, as the titled composition has the good sliding property in squeeze, and does not stick to a substrate, the titled composition can be printed, even in a minute part with good reproducibility. And, the titled composition has good penetration to ink and hardly causes defects such as feathering on burr due to the adhesion of an ink to the surface of a printed plate.
