titleOfInvention Superconducting material
abstract PURPOSE:To provide a superconducting material having critical temperature near normal temperature with few limitations of the place to be used, containing specific metal element, rare earth element, Ba and Cu. CONSTITUTION:(1) nitrate(s) of A-element(s) (A is at least one kind of element selected from Sc, Y, La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Yd and Lu), (2) barium acetate, (3) nitrate(s) of M-element(s) (M is Ti, Hf, Zr or combination thereof), and (4) copper acetate are mixed followed by calcination and forming followed by grinding and then carrying out calcination in an oxygen-contg. atmosphere, thus obtaining the objective superconducting material of formula (0.3<=x<=0.8; 0.05<=y<=0.4).
