CONSTITUTION:An electrolyte dissolved with lithium salt in a mixed solvent containing butylene carbonate and at least one kind of cyclic ether as the nonaqueous electrolyte. The cyclic ether is tetrahydrofuran, 2-methyl tetrahydrofuran, 1,3-dioxolan, or 4-methyl-1,3-dioxolan or contains two or more of them.
