titleOfInvention | Nucleotide and/or nutritious product containing rich nucleotide for children and adults and method for manufacture thereof |
abstract | PURPOSE: To produce the nutritionally well-balanced nutrient product by blending a nourishing blend for an infant or nutrient product for an adult with nucleosides and/or nucleotides. CONSTITUTION: In this production, water and a nonfat solid material are mixed together in the absence of vitamins, nucleosides and nucleotides and this mixture is preheated to 75 to 80 deg.C. Then, the preheated mixture is degassed and a mixture of edible fats is poured into the degassed mixture and the resulting material is homogenized under pressure and thereafter, cooled to 4 to 6 deg.C. Subsequently, vitamins, minerals and nucleosides selected from uridine, guanosine, adenosine, cytidine and inosine and/or nucleotides selected from uridine phosphate, guanosine phosphate, adenosine phosphate, cytidine phosphate and inosine phosphate, are added to the homogenized material and the pH of the material thus obtained is adjusted to 6.8 to 7.1 and thereafter, this material is subjected to UHT sterilization and then, homogenized under pressure. |
