titleOfInvention | Additive for coal-water slurry having high life and concentration |
abstract | PURPOSE:To obtain the titled additive containing specific condensed product of naphthalene sulfonic acids, fatty acid (salt) and polyethylene polyamine fatty acid amide compound at a specific ratio and enabling transportation by pump and direct boiler combustion. CONSTITUTION:The aimed additive containing (A) 40-90wt.% formaldehyde condensate of (alkyl) naphthalene [whose average condensation degree is 10-500 (preferably 35-100)] or salt thereof, (B) 30-5wt.% 6-22C (preferably 6-10C) fatty acid or salt thereof and (C) 30-5wt.% polyethylenepolyamine fatty acid amide compound as essential components. The component C includes a compound obtained by reacting a polyethylenepolyamine with 6-25C (preferably 8-19C) fatty acid and containing 1-3 (preferably 1-2) amide groups. |
