titleOfInvention Silver halide photographic sensitive material
abstract PURPOSE:To make the photographic character of the titled material, super high in contrast, high in sensitivity, and to reduce a black spot and a residual color by incorporating a hydrazine derivative and a specified compd. in the titled material contg. a chemically sensitized silver halide emulsion. CONSTITUTION:The negative type photosensitive material comprises the layer composed of the chemically sensitized silver halide emulsion, and the emulsion layer or the another hydrophilic colloidal layer contd. in the negative type photosensitive material contains the hydrazine derivative (for example, a compd. shown by formula I) and the compd. shown by formula II and having a color tone in the level in which a residual color is out of a problem. In formula II, Z<11> and Z<12> are each a nonmetal atomic group necessary for completing a benzoxazole nucleus or a benzothiazole nucleus, etc., R<11> and R<12> are each alkyl or aralkyl group, and at least one of the groups R<11> and R<12> contains an acidic group, X is a pair ion, (n) is 0 or 1. The compd., etc., shown by formula III may be used for a compd. shown by formula II, etc.
