titleOfInvention Production of p-type electrically active and conductive material
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the titled electrically conductive material, having a high mechanical strength and excellent repeatability of electrochemical oxidative and reductive reaction and suitable as electronic materials, etc., by dissolving a diphenylamine oligomer and general-purpose high polymer in an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:A diphenylamine oligomer expressed by the formula (R is H or 1-20C, preferably 1-8C hydrocarbon; 2<=n<=50, preferably 2<=n<=10) is blended with a general-purpose high polymer (e.g. polyvinyl chloride) at 1:10,000-1:0.1, preferably 1:10-1:1 blending weight ratio and the resultant blend is then dissolved in an organic solvent (e.g. tetrahydrofuran). The solvent is subsequently removed.
