NEW MATERIAL:A salt of a compound shown by formula I (R<1> is (substituted) higher alkyl; R<2> is lower alkyl ketonized at a position except alpha position; R<3> is quaternary ammonium salt; n is 3-10]. EXAMPLE:4-[3-Octadecyloxy-2-(2-oxopropyloxy)propyloxy] butyl trimethylammo nium bromide. USE:An antitumor agent having low side effects. PREPARATION:A compound shown by formula V (when A2 is two lower (1-4C) alkoxy, E2 is two H and R<9> is H or methyl and when A2 is two H, E2 is two lower (1-4C) alkoxy and R<9> is methyl] is reacted with a compound shown by the formula Z(CH2)nZ (Z is Cl, Br or I) to give a compound shown by formu la VI which is then reacted with a tri-lower alkylamine to give a compound shown by formula VII. Further this compound is deacetalized to give a com pound shown by formula I. |
