CONSTITUTION: The water-soluble and crosslinkable reactive polymeric surfactant having the >=1 pendant fluorocarbon parts and the >=1 ionic parts capable of forming crosslinked high molecular polymers by reacting with reactive paired ions is prepd. Such polymeric surfactant is adequately the compd. expressed by formula I (A denotes hydrogen, an alkyl group, a cyclic alkyl group, phenyl group, an aryl group, cyano group; T denotes a bond group; L denotes a bond group; K denotes an ionic part; Rf denotes a perfluorocarbon part, a+b+c=1; X denotes 5 to 1000).
