abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a remedy for skin inflammation showing excellent effects on skin inflammation, especially on burn, containing at least one of acetylsalicylic acid or a salt thereof as an active ingredient. n CONSTITUTION: Acetylsalicylic acid or a salt thereof, preferably DL-lysine salt of acetylsalicylic acid as an active ingredient is pharmaceutically manufactured by a conventional procedure to give the aimed substance. The substance is usually administered as injection, percutaneously medicated in the case of skin inflammation, especially made into an aqueous solution and put as a wet compress on the affected part.
