abstract | PURPOSE:To obtain a percutaneous absorption pharmaceutical, by using a specific absorbefacient consisting of combination of a fatty acid ester with a specific N-acylsarcosine, etc., and capable of improving percutaneous absorbability and stability of nicorandils useful as a remedy for angina pectoris. CONSTITUTION:A percutaneous absorption pharmaceutical, obtained by blending nicorandil useful as the above-mentioned medicine and/or salts thereof with an absorbefacient consisting of combination of (A) a fatty acid ester, preferably an ester synthesized from a 10-18C fatty acid and a 1-20C alcohol, especially isopropyl myristate, etc., with (B) an N-acylsarcosine, fatty acid mono- or diethanolamides or alkylene oxide adducts thereof, preferably N-lauroylsarcosine, lauroylmono- or diethanolamide, etc., in a base and having excellent absorbability and stability of the aforementioned medicine. |
