titleOfInvention Photopolymerizable composition
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the remarkably high sensitivity of the titled composition by composing the titled composition of an additionally polymerizable compd. having an ethylenic unsatd. bond and a photopolymerization initiator, and composing said initiator of specified each two component compds. and a polythiol compd. CONSTITUTION:The titled composition mainly comprises the additionally polymerizable compd. having at least one of the ethylenic unsatd. bond and the photopolymerization initiator. Said initiator contains the compd. contg. a pigment shown by formula I, and the compd. shown by formula II and the polythiol compd. shown by formula III. In the formula, M1 and M2 are each hydrogen atom or an alkaline metal, X1-X8 are each a monovalent org. or inorg. residual group, at least one of groups X1-X8 is halogen atom, Ar is a mono or divalent aromatic residual group which may be substd. with 1-20C alkyl group, etc., R1-R4 are each 1-20C alkyl group, etc., and they may form a part of the side or the main chain of a polymer, (n) is 0 or 1, Z is an (m) valent org. residual group, (m) is an integer of 2-6.
