abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having excellent low-temperature impact resistance and integrally paintable together with a steel plate, by compounding a specific glass fiber and carbon black to a polytetramethylene terephthalate, an aromatic polycarbonate and a butadiene-based graft copolymer. CONSTITUTION:(A) 50-70wt.% of a polytetramethylene terephthalate is mixed with (B) 15-25wt.% of an aromatic polycarbonate and (C) 15-25wt.% of a butadiene-based graft copolymer produced by graft-copolymerization of a butadiene polymer with one or more vinyl monomers selected from methacrylic acid ester, aromatic monovinyl compound and vinyl cyanide compound. 100pts.wt. of the resultant composition is compounded with (D) 0.5-3pts.wt. of glass fiber reinforcing material having fiber diameter of 4-8mum and 0.5-5pts.wt. of carbon black.
