abstract PURPOSE: To provide a rubber composition composed of a nitrile group- containing copolymer rubber having a specific monomer composition and low unsaturated bond content and a compounding agent and having ozone resistance, heat-resistance and oil-resistance and remarkably improved freeze resistance. n CONSTITUTION: The objective composition is composed of (I) a nitrile group- containing highly saturated copolymer rubber consisting of (A) 10W40wt% unsaturated nitrile monomer unit, e.g. (meth)acrylonitrile, α-chloroacrylonitrile, etc., (B) 1W40wt%, preferably 3W30wt% unsaturated carboxylic acid ester unit, e.g. methoxymethyl acrylate, (C) ≤20wt% conjugated diene monomer unit such as 1,3-butadiene and (D) the remaining part of hydrogenated conjugated diene monomer unit, wherein the sum of A and B is 30W50wt% and the sum of C and D is 50W70wt% and (II) a compounding agent such as sulfur, a vulcanization accelerator, carbon black, etc. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio
