abstract PURPOSE: To provide a dry analytic element capable of quickly and easily analyzing an acidic phosphatase activity and having excellent storage stability, by separately supporting a water-permeable layer containing a diazonium salt and a water-permeable layer containing a substrate on a light-transmitting supporting member, wherein the former layer is placed closer to the supporting member. n CONSTITUTION: A water-permeable layer containing a diazonium salt and a water-permeable layer containing a substrate of acidic phosphatase, preferably phosphoric acid phenol monoester or phosphoric acid naphthol monoester are placed separately on a light-transmitting supporting member.
