abstract | PURPOSE: A rubber composition suitable for tire, etc., obtained by blending a blend rubber consisting of a specific modified polyisoprene rubber and other rubbers with a specific amount of carbon black and having improved green strength, strength characteristics, impact resilience, etc., after vulcanization. n CONSTITUTION: A blend rubber composition obtained by blending 100pts.wt. modified polyisoprene rubber consisting of (A) 5W95wt.% modified polyisoprene rubber prepared by reacting 100pts.wt. polyisoprene rubber with (A 1 ) 0.001W30pt.wt. organic compound having a group expressed by formula I, e.g. benzylidenemethylamine, etc., and (A 2 ) 0.001W30pts.wt. organic acid halide, e.g. acetyl chloride, etc., having a group expressed by formula II (X is halogen) in the presence of a Friedel-Crafts catalyst in an amount of 0.01W10mol based on the component (A 2 ) and (B) 95W5wt.%, other rubbers, e.g. natural rubber, polybutadiene rubber, etc., with (C) 10W150pts.wt. carbon black having 10W500mμ average particle diameter. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio |
