titleOfInvention Resin composition easily dyeable with sublimation dispersion dye
abstract PURPOSE:To dye a resin composition easily with low energy with high density, by mixing specific quantity of specific surfactant into polyester resin and bridging agent mixed in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:At least one of silicon surfactant or fluoro surfactant is added in 0.01-10wt% for 100wt% of mixture of 40-95wt% polyester resin and 60-5wt% bridging agent which can be hardened by active energy beam. Preferably, a linear thermoplastic polyester resin produced from dicarboxylic acid and diol and/or an unsaturable polyester resin produced from an unsaturable polybasic acid having double bond and polyhydric alcohol is employed. More preferably, a linear thermoplastic polyester resin produced from two kinds or more of dicarboxyl acid and two kinds or more diols having crystallization less than 1% is employed. Preferably, the polymerizing group of bridging agent is a monomer having (metha)cryloyl oxy group.
