titleOfInvention | Vinyl chloride resin composition |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a vinyl chloride resin composition which has moisture resistance and water resistance and is improved in heat resistance, by using polyvinyl chloride and reducing malt sugar. n CONSTITUTION: A resin composition containing 100pts.wt. polyvinyl chloride and 0.01W50pts.wt. reducing malt sugar of the formula. The polyvinyl chloride includes a homopolymer of vinyl chloride, a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing vinyl chloride with a small amount of a monomer copolymerizable therewith or a mixture thereof. The reducing malt sugar is a simple substance of the formula or a complex substance, and it may be powdery, blocked or liquid. When the amount of the sugar is below 0.01pt.wt., its effect is low, while when it exceeds 50pts.wt., the compatibility with polyvinyl chloride is worsened, which is undesirable. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio |
