| abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a vinyl chloride resin composition which has moisture resistance and water resistance and is improved in heat resistance, by using polyvinyl chloride and reducing malt sugar. n CONSTITUTION: A resin composition containing 100pts.wt. polyvinyl chloride and 0.01W50pts.wt. reducing malt sugar of the formula. The polyvinyl chloride includes a homopolymer of vinyl chloride, a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing vinyl chloride with a small amount of a monomer copolymerizable therewith or a mixture thereof. The reducing malt sugar is a simple substance of the formula or a complex substance, and it may be powdery, blocked or liquid.
