titleOfInvention | Analytic element for detection of got and gpt |
abstract | PURPOSE: To expand the analyzable range and to improve the efficiency of analysis, by using a reagent layer containing a glutamic acid dehydrogenase and including adenosine-5'-diphosphate, etc., in a layer on a substrate. n CONSTITUTION: A light-transmitting and liquid-impermeable substrate is coated successively with a 1st reagent layer, a 2nd reagent layer and a porous developing layer. The layers contain an electron transfer agent, at least one kind of pigment-producing precursor and an oxidizing coenzyme. Furthermore, the layers contain at least one kind of a buffering agent and a reagent capable of converting the above oxidizing coenzyme into a reducing coenzyme via GOT and GPT. A glutamic acid dehydrogenase is used as a component of the 1st and/or the 2nd reagent layers of the above analytic element and adenosine-5'- diphosphate and/or its salt are used as a component of at least one of the layers on the substrate. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio |
