titleOfInvention Production of blood clot for fertilizer and feed
abstract PURPOSE: To attempt utilization as a fertilizer or feed, by jetting vapor into blood sent into an agitator to coagulate a protein in a blood serum and separate out water at same time and vacuum-packing a water-containing solid blood obtained by separating the water every a given volume. n CONSTITUTION: A pump 7 is provided in a vessel 6 for collecting a blood to carry the blood into an agitator 11 one after another. A vapor from a boiler 15 is jetted into the blood sent into the agitator 11 to coagulate a protein in a blood serum and separate out water at same time. Then, the blood component containing the coagulated protein, water and the other substances is sent to drier 16 to squeeze water and form a water-containing solid blood. The resultant water-containing solid blood is vacuum-packed in a vacuum-packaging process 22. The resultant blood clot is able to be used as a fertilizer or feed, because labor, time and production cost required for processing are reduced, by restricting water content to 30W70% without taking labor require for converting the water content of the solid blood into a form of powder, while the decay is inhibited by vacuum packaging. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio
